The Company:

I am looking for a Sales Manager to join this fantastic venue in London.

This is a successful and established company with 6 venues across London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries, planning, and preparing all event documentation, and ensuring the team reach pre-determined targets for each site.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in events/sales and hospitality.

Experience with booking large groups is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals
  • Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability
  • Create detailed event documentation for smooth handover to operations
  • Maintain and update the event diary and CRM system
  • Handle incoming enquiries for conference, meetings and events
  • Create bespoke proposals specific to the client brief
  • Follow up with clients to generate return business
  • Create function sheets to hand over to operations team

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within events or sales
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent team player with strong administration skills
