Salary: Up to £42,000 + Bonus

The client and What They’re Looking For

They are an event catering company who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team.

This role involves a high volume of inbound enquiries, as well as driving new business.

Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for building client relationships.

What the Role Entails

• Manage the reactive and proactive sales process.

• Maintain and build relationships with venues.
• Produce bespoke event proposals in line with the client’s budgets and requirements
• Generate leads, build, and nurture client relationships.
• Attend client meetings, show rounds, tastings and networking events.
• Proactively seek opportunities to be listed at new and existing venues.

The Ideal Sales Manager

Sales Management experience from an event caterer, venue or 5

* hotel.

• Proven track record of success in the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Passionate about the events industry
