Quantity Surveyor

A client within the Private Sector based in Merseyside is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their residential development team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within the private sector.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide Quantity Surveying services on behalf of the client to support residential development projects.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require to have gained a minimum experience on 3 years within the industry.

The ideal candidate would be either recently chartered or on their journey to become a fully chartered surveyor within the next 12 months.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
