The responsibilities of the Area Manager

• Lead and coach a team of restaurant managers to excel in customer service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse sales, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure that each location adheres to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Implement and maintain marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest experiences.
