My client is an innovative operator with multiple food and beverage concepts and hotels in the Mediterranean.

They are currently looking for a Human Resources Executive to join the team.

This position will be based in the office in Malta.

Working under the Group HR Operations Manager, you will be a part of the HR and Payroll team.

This is a great opportunity for a talented young professional in the HR division to join this group in full development.

They are currently developing projects and will need an HR Executive to focus on the recruitment needs as they are growing the team.

Key missions and responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of managing the day-to-day HR administration needs including :

• Posting of Job Adverts.
• Screening of applications.
• Scheduling of interviews.
• Preparation of interview screening packs.
• Preparation of work permit applications when necessary and administering single permit renewals.
• Other HR related tasks.

The Right Candidate:

• Previous Hospitality ; Restaurant, Hotel or resorts experience is highly appreciated
• Must have a Human Resource degree and/or qualification
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same/similar position
• Mature personality, self-motivated, and able to have a degree of autonomy
• Must be hands-on with high level of energy; organised and with a keen eye for details
• Passionate and focused on delivering the highest quality service to internal and external customers.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems
• Fluent English and Maltese (oral and written)
