Court of Protection Solicitor

Exciting Opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor, seeking remote working!
 
We are currently seeking a motivated Court of Protection Solicitor to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Prescott.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in this field and will be able to assist on Deprivation of Liberty cases under the Mental Capacity Act.


 
In this role, you will be working closely with a team of dedicated support staff.

Whilst experience of conducting mental health tribunals and law society mental capacity accreditation is desirable, this it is not essential requirement.
 
The firm, which is based in Rainhill is looking for someone who is keen to learn and grow with the company, as they are committed to supporting progression.


 
The successful candidate will be offered remote working arrangements, all equipment including laptop, phone, iPad etc will be provided.
 
This is a full-time position; however, given the niche area of court of protection the client is seeking we are also keen to speak with candidates who are seeking part time working.

With a salary range of £30,000-£50,000, depending on experience.
