They are looking for a Family Solicitor / Lawyer to join their team.

You will play a pivotal role in providing legal service to clients and supporting team in business development.

Responsibilities:



* Delivering exceptional legal guidance to clients in various family law matters.


* Act as a valuable team member, actively engaging in business development.


* Enhance the firms reputation, known for excellence in Family law across multiple branches.


* Contribute to the growth and expansion of the firms Family department.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Family Lawyer, Family Solicitor or in a similar role.


* Possess 5+ years of PQE (Post Qualified Experience)


* Skilled in matrimonial financial relief.


* Expertise in private children act matters.


* Knowledge of drafting nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.


* Experience in injunctive relief cases.
