Working Monday to Friday!

Optical Practice Manager - Role

• Established Opticians operating in the area for over 25 years


• Single testing room practice


• Focus on quality of care and service


• Varied frame range - from traditional to boutique brands


• Latest lens technology


• Team of 3-4 people


• Ensure the practice runs smoothly


• Deal with complex patient queries


• Hands on with dispensing alongside management


• Working Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm


• Salary between £26,000 to £35,000 DOE

Optical Practice Manager - Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate a successful background in management positions within an Optician


• Strong Optical knowledge


• Open to experienced Optical Managers and qualified Dispensing Opticians


• Possess an entrepreneurial drive to develop the business and those around you


• Hold strong leadership and communication skills to generate the most from your team


• Have a flair for fashion and design
