Greenkeeper (Golf Superintendent) – Luxury Caribbean Resort

Location: The Caribbean 

Salary: $4,000 a month

About the client:

We're excited to collaborate with a luxurious resort located in The Caribbean.

This hotel is committed to exceptional service and offering guests an unforgettable experience.

They are seeking a Greenkeeper / Golf Superintendent to manage the maintenance of the resort’s golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that the course remains in impeccable condition
• Manage many aspects of golf course maintenance including mowing, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and aeration
• Lead a dedicated team and ensure staff are well-trained
• Develop maintenance schedules
• Coordinate and work closely with external vendors as required

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at a luxury resort
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong leader
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
