Employment Solicitor

A well-established regional law firm based across the East Midlands has an opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join the friendly team in their Mansfield office to handle a mix of both claimant and respondent matters on a part-time basis!

You will be handling a diverse and interesting caseload on behalf of local individuals and business in the region.

This could include anything from redundancies, unfair dismissals and discriminations, through to non-contentious matters such as drafting employment handbooks and contracts.

Our client is ideally looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor (ideally 3-5 years' PQE)


• Ability to confidently handle a varied employment caseload with a large degree of autonomy


• Pro-active approach to providing employment advice for both corporate and private clients


• Part-time working arrangement, ideally 3 days/week with flexibility to work from home
