This is a really exciting role to join a company who is in growth, the concept is solid, and they have an aggressive expansion plan set in stone with their 10th site in the making and more planned.

The company offer amazing food and drinks with the social entertainment element.

About the role of Openings Manager

The group is looking for a strong manager to lead and develop the new openings, you must have a wealth of opening experience and be extra focused on L&D and training.

This is also a field-based role so you must have a driving licence and be open to national travel.

Essentially, we are looking for a very strong General Manager who loves new openings and can support in each site.

They are looking at talking this operation from an independent into a strong brand and need the SOP in place to do this, someone from a branded background who has a great pedigree would do very well here.

Skills and Experience need as Openings Manager:

• Must have been operating as a GM for a minimum of 3 years
• BIG PERSONALITIES welcome here!
• Opening experience is essential
• Proven track record of growing and maintaining high performing teams
• Strong people skills and leader from the front
• Experience within a fast-paced food lead business.
• Flexible in your work life and happy to move from site to site
• A great trouble shooter and solutions focused
