An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mechanic to join our client.

They are a leading multi-channel eBike specialist retailer in the UK offering offer individuals, families, and businesses premium electric bikes and electric cargo bikes.

Responsibilities



* Perform bike maintenance, repairs, and assembly tasks with precision.


* Uphold quality control standards for all work completed.


* Generate detailed mechanic reports for comprehensive documentation.


* Efficiently manage your workflow to ensure timely and effective results.


* Facilitate seamless handovers with fellow mechanics for streamlined operations.


* Track job progress diligently, delivering punctual servicing and maintenance.


* Maintain a clean, organised, and secure workshop environment.


* Provide assistance with various shop tasks as needed.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as an eBike Mechanic, eBike Technician or in a similar role.


* Possess 1+ year(s) of bike mechanic experience


* Positive attitude towards eBikes and the environment


* Experience with eBike drive systems like Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Gocycle (preferred)


* Citrus-Lime POS experience desirable


* After-sales service experience a plus


* Online systems and IT proficiency
