• On-site or workshop servicing, commissioning, and repairs.


• Ensure spares are on hand for efficient first-fix solutions.


• Exceed customer expectations.


• Identify sales opportunities.


• Provide support in our 24-hour call-out scheme.


• Manage time effectively.

🛠️ Field Service Engineer Skills & Knowledge 🛠️

• Electro/mechanical apprenticeship.


• HNC in mechanical engineering (preferred).


• PLC awareness/functional understanding.


• Familiarity with rotating equipment maintenance (preferred).


• Previous field-based experience.
