The Role

My client is looking for a time served Maintenance Engineer, with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias.

You will be expected to do perform all maintenance on their production machinery as well as partaking in some facilities maintenance as & when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively assist with electrical & mechanical maintenance and repair of equipment
• Maintain proper equipment operation and prevent accidents by proper maintenance and good design and operation.
• Ensure safe, clean, and professional plant environment is maintained.
• Other duties as assigned.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

The Candidate

• Must be time served in either Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 18th or 17th edition, desirable
• PLC experience is desirable
• Knowledge of gears, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and master tasks.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good attitude.
