You'll be joining a business that's just getting started and has a lot to offer.

It's a diverse operation with various ways to make money, but the main focus is on retail.

As the Store Director, your role will involve overseeing everything under one roof – from restaurants, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), events, bars, to food retail.

You'll have a bunch of folks reporting to you, including teams from HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

You'll also oversee the money stuff for the site and responsible for boosting sales and building a great workplace culture.

The company has a solid support network in place, and you'll have all the tools you need to make this role a success.

This is for someone who's a real leader and understands the ins and outs of both retail and hospitality.

The right person for this gig should have:

• Previous experience managing food halls or food retail spots, and it's a bonus if you've handled multiple sites.
• Some background in hospitality, with a grasp of how restaurants and events work.
• Full accountability for profits and losses (P&L).
• Experience leading a big team of 300 or more members.
• You've managed department heads and head office functions.
• You're cool with handling things on your own.
• You're all about the details.
• You believe in putting people first when it comes to the company culture.
• Passionate about food, wine and customer service.
