Sacco Mann is working closely with a leading, global law firm as they search for a dynamic Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving department, to be based in Liverpool City Centre.

They are an award-winning, business orientated law firm who work with a host of widely recognised clients and organisations globally.

Their commercial team is regularly ranked highly within the Legal 500 publication and are growing their department as they look to recruit a strong, ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to bolster their firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Running a caseload of broad commercial litigation matters.


• Advising on property, contractual and shareholder disputes and professional negligence issues.


• Advocacy when required.


• Helping the team build up on the excellent reputation already established and help to develop their offering.


• Taking an active part in firm wide business development.


• Providing an excellent standard of client care and be able to manage client expectations.
