Job Title: Front Office Specialist

Salary: 2200 – 2600 euros pm

Location: Berlin

Our client is a great hotel chain operating in the centre of Berlin.

They recently launched an incredible internal exchange that also allows you to work in their several locations such as, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore! We are looking for a fantastic Front Office Specialist to be the face of the hotel and coordinate daily tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction!

Key Skills of a Front Office Specialist:

-        Must speak German and English

-        Strong customer service and sales skills

-         Excellent communication skills, written and oral

-        Experience in a hotel management system (preferably: Protel)

-        Computer skills: spreadsheets / cash and auditing skills

-        Organisational skills and eye for detail

-        Flexibility and availability on weekdays and weekends

The Role of a Front Office Specialist:

-        Coordinate daily reception tasks (Bookings, check-in/check-outs etc.)

-        Keep an eye on standards and guidelines

-        Use your sales skills

-        Know and understand all room categories

-        Ensure customer satisfaction

-        Manage all guest accounts correctly

-        Make sure all accounts are invoiced before check out
