This is a Registered manager role with a one of the biggest charity social care providers within the UK.

I am looking for a dedicated manager for a service in Fareham, £42,000 per annum.

Requirements:

• A level 5 in Leadership or Management or Equivalent


• Experience of managing either adult supported living or residential services


• Robust knowledge of CQC,safeguarding


• A passion for working with LD and PBS

Responsibilities:

• Performance management of staff


• Robust implementation of Ofsted and related regulations and policies


• Delivering high quality care

Salary: £47,250

Location: Fareham
