Billing Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

Paying up to £48k (Pro-Rata)

Exciting opportunity for a billing focused individual to join an established Connectivity provider in London.

Our client provides managed cloud, managed support, managed security, business continuity and consultancy specialist services to a large number of SME and Enterprise clients across the UK.

As billing specialist, you will play a crucial role in the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong understanding of billing procedures.

This is an initial 3-month fixed-term contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.


• Reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.


• Manage individual queue of sales orders.


• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.


• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and provide excellent customer service.


• Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures and best practices.

Experience:

• Previous experience with a billing specialist or similar role


• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial systems


• Excellent attention to detail


• Previous experience within an MSP/ IT business is preferable

Offices based in either London, Horsham or Cheltenham

Hybrid working (2/3 days per week in the office)

Paying up to 48k (Pro-Rata) , depending on experience + Excellent benefits package
