The perfect candidate:

-        You speak English and German proficiently

-        You have previous experience in a luxury hotel

-        You have a solid background in F&B / Restaurant supervision

-        You are passionate and have impeccable attention to detail

-        You have excellent communications skills: Written and verbal

What you will be doing as a Restaurant Coordinator:

-        Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees

-        Lead by example and be the first point of contact for your team

-        Ensure all uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional

-        Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

-        Ensure smooth running of the restaurant floor

-        Cash control: Open and closing
