A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adults Mental Health team around the Essex region.

As the Adults Social Worker, you will be completing assessments and providing support plans.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Your responsibilities as the Social Worker:

• Provide support plans and reviews on a regular basis


• Provide Support and review adults with a Learning Disability


• Use a strengths-based approach


• Effective provision of aftercare services and the Care Programme Approach

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• A valid registration with Social Work England


• Must have completed ASYE


• Significant experience of working within Adults


• Experience of working within a Mental Health Team


• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Essex

Salary: up to £42,400
