We are recruiting for an Electrically qualified Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a packaging manufacturer based around the Kettering area of Northamptonshire.

This is a Monday - Friday DOUBLE DAY shift position rotating fortnightly.

THE ROLE:
Your key responsibilities will be to provide Engineering support (70%) and coordination (30%) to 2 other engineers in the team.

You will ensure performance of all production machinery and electrical systems.

This will include; belts, bearings, gear boxes, pumps, motors, contacts, sensors, switches and relays.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Engineer will need to hold a relevant Electrical qualification including an 17th/18th Ed certification.


Experience must be gained from within a manufacturing environment with knowledge of fault-finding on automated machinery.

Salary £45,000
24 days + BH
7% pension from each party
3 x salary death in service

This position will suit candidates with the previous titles of: Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer
