The Client:

Our client is a well-established optical practice, delivering exceptional eye care services and treatments to both NHS and private patients.

The Role:

As an Optometrist, you will play a pivotal role in performing detailed eye examinations to assess vision and identify abnormalities or diseases.


* Prescribe appropriate medications or corrective lenses as necessary.

* Educate patients on eye health, contact lens care, and eyewear choices.

* Identify and manage prevalent eye issues like dry eye, glaucoma, and cataracts.

* Coordinate with healthcare peers for comprehensive patient care.

* Stay updated on optometry advancements and integrate new technologies into practice.


* Previously worked as an Optometrist or in a similar role.

* Understanding of age-related changes in vision and senior eye care.

* Knowledge of ocular anatomy, physiology, and common eye conditions.

* Exceptional abilities in patient care, establishing connections, and delivering empathetic support.

* Skilled in performing comprehensive eye assessments and analysing test findings.
