We have an opportunity available within a children's residential home in Dudley. The home currently supports vulnerable children and young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties.

This is a role where you will be working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area and will benefit from ongoing training and support to ensure you have everything you need to become successful in the role.


Benefits for the Residential Support Worker include:



  • Earning potential between £28,000 and £31,000 (including sleep-ins)

  • 1-2 sleep-ins per week



  • Shift pattern: 3-on, 6-off or 2-on, 4-off.
