Location: Cardiff, South Glamorgan

Salary: £24k - £26k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (40hours)

The Client:

Our client, a well-established accountancy firm, specialises in outsourced accounts, payroll, and financial planning offers tailored solutions to clients across the UK.

The Role:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be assisting Directors to ensure efficient practice operations and high-quality client service.

Duties:



* Prepare accounts and reconcile bank transactions.


* Conduct bookkeeping using various software, process expenses, manage ledgers, and post journals.


* Assist with Corporation tax and VAT returns.


* Address client queries and provide support to resolve issues.


* Offer administrative assistance and manage deadlines.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or in a similar role.


* Minimum 2 years of experience working in Accountancy Practice.


* AAT Level 3+ or ACCA part qualified.


* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage.
