Junior Product Manager

Venquis are exclusively partnered with a specialist Munich based company are looking to hire Junior Product Managers on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client are seeking dynamic Junior Product Managers to drive continuous improvement and innovation in their web based tools across multiple platforms.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for enhancing user experiences, optimising functionality, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the continuous enhancement of their Internet services on desktop, mobile, and app platforms.


• Develop and implement innovative concepts and designs for new features and optimisations.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and testing of initiatives.


• Analyse KPIs, customer interactions, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.


• Drive the integration of partner offers and portfolio adjustments to enhance their service offerings.


• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand their network and drive business growth.


• Stay updated on industry competitors and technological advancements to maintain their competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.


• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the online or related industry.


• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.


• Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
