Costs Draftsman

Sacco Mann are recruiting for several costs draftsmen/ costs lawyers to join a renowned national legal costs agency on a fully remote basis.

We are keen to hear from costs draftsmen/ costs lawyers who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' drafting experience.

Successful candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.

This well known costs agency have several bases across the UK and employ a number of costs specialists who work on a fully remote basis.

The firm have an excellent reputation for their costs work across several areas including commercial, personal injury and civil litigation.

Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit several experienced costs draftsmen and costs lawyers to join them on a fully remote basis.

You will be responsible for drafting and preparing bills, costs budgets and points of reply/ dispute, drafting estimates, allocation questionnaires and pre-trial checklists, negotiating bills and providing expert advice.

Some advocacy work may also be involved.

Will have a minimum of 3 years' costs drafting experience and must be able to hit the ground running from the offset with minimal supervision.

Remuneration:

Salary to £45,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits
