Commercial Solicitor

Sacco Mann is delighted to be once again working alongside global media and digital marketing communications company which has an established In-house legal team that is looking to appoint a commercial solicitor for either Leeds or Manchester (hybrid working very much on offer.)

The ideal candidate will likely have up to 2 years PQE with some exposure to commercial agreements, drafting and negotiating, however solicitors with a demonstrable compatibility with In-house attitude and aptitude will be considered from outside the usual non-contentious skills set.

This is a fast paced and highly fluid environment where communication is key alongside a bright, positive and personable style.

Day to day you'll be involved in advising on best-practices in compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data protection, IT, litigation and/or M&A and you can expect to be working alongside a group of stellar solicitors.

The role can be offered mostly on a remote basis, but weekly attendance into either Manchester or Leeds in order to maintain the departments DNA is critical - reflecting the importance of the team to the business.

Salary is likely to be in the region of mid-£50's + benefits.
