Workshop Engineer

Are you an Engineer with a Mechanical background, looking for a varied role within a well-established company? Our client based in the Royston area are looking for anengineerwith an enthusiastic and confident personality that can work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with all hand tools
• Used to working in anEngineering/Constructionenvironment.
• Workshop experience -cutting, drilling, grinding etc.
• Helping work colleagues when required & work well in a team.
• Handling and transporting materials

Requirements for the role:

• Ability to read diagrams beneficial.
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous site experience preferrable
• Welding knowledge essential
• Complying with all relevant health and safety requirements including the correct use of ppe

Hours and Pay

• Up to £17/hour DOE
• Full time 40 hr week (7am to 3.30pm)
• Own transport - due to location
• Immediate start available
