Regional, expert law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Walsall offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role within a well-established legal practise.

This is a very exciting time to be joining our client as they are experiencing expansion and are looking for an ambitious Solicitor to join their team.

Within this role, you will be dealing with a mixed, existing caseload as well as managing your wider team and supporting junior staff.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be joining a busy department to manage your own caseload of:

• Disposals and acquisitions


• Commercial Landlord and tenant disputes


• Financial matters


• Developments


• Planning

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE, has excellent organisational, client care and time management skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for what they do.
