A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading national firm in their Leeds city centre office.

Our client is a well-established firm that has built a practice based on offering the best advice which has resulted in repeat business from clients in the private and public sectors which gives them a really robust base.

You would be joining a national team who are looking to further develop their presence within Leeds and the North.

They have a national team, of which you would be part, which gives The National team gives breadth, depth and support, there is also work that you can pick up on day one which will include a broad range of matters, for equally broad ranging clients.

You will be working alongside the Corporate Partner in Leeds who will be leading the development of corporate work in Yorkshire and so will be able to make a name for yourself in the market with their support.

There will also be the opportunity to work with other departments within the firm giving you exposure to first rate solicitors who you can continue to learn from that have experience of working at the highest level of firms in senior roles.

This Corporate Solicitor role would really suit an ambitious person dedicated to developing their career within this area of Law.

It will give the successful candidate, who may not be ready to run an expansion project themselves just yet, the ability to be a key part in the development of something new and access to a wider range of work and clients as they do this.

Strong technical skills are highly desired but more so is the drive and work ethic required for the candidate to fit it in the team and be able to thrive in this role.

The successful candidate is likely to have upwards of 5 years pqe, it may be that you are finding that your wings feel clipped, or that there is a glass ceiling, within your current firm right now.

Alternatively, you may be within a smaller firm where whilst you've had significant client access and responsibility, you'd like the support, training and development offered by the likes of this practice, whilst still having he chance to make a difference and advance your career.
