Family Solicitor

We are currently working on an exciting new opportunity for an excellent Family Solicitor to join an established firm in Skipton.

It is essential that you have at least 2 years Family fee earning experience and are able to hit the ground running on a privately funded caseload.



Our client is a friendly, modern and progressive practice in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

They offer a range of legal services and have a particularly strong Family department specialising in a real mix of matters.

Their team is currently headed up by an experienced Solicitor with great contacts who is consistently bringing in high quality work.

The Role

-You will hit the ground running on an existing and varied Family caseload.


-This will include privately funded Divorce, Financial, Cohabitation and related Children matters.
-You will be expected to create long lasting relationships with clients and will be encouraged to get involved in business development.




The Candidate

-It is essential that you have at least 2 years Family fee earning experience.

However this is a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket that possess the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.


-This must include predominately privately funded matters in relation to Divorce, Financial, Cohabitation and related Children matters.


-Our client is looking for someone who can really get on with the work with minimal supervision and you must have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.


-You must have excellent communication and a proven track record of creating relationships and maintaining them through fantastic client care.
