Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a Paralegal working in Residential Conveyancing and looking to join a renowned law firm based in Sheffield? This long-standing firm have been established for over 200 years and have a fantastic modern working culture.

They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal who is proactive in their approach, to join their busy team in their Sheffield offices.

You will be working on a caseload and supporting senior fee earners with residential sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and new build cases.

This role will give you the opportunity to gain more experience of dealing with your own cases and developing your skillset further.

The firm are looking for experienced paralegals who can hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Residential Conveyancing team as paralegal with case handling experience.
