We have been instructed on a fantastic Residential Conveyancing role at a friendly and well-respected law firm based in Middlesbrough.

This firm provide an outstanding level of service to corporate and private clients throughout the North East, and they are keen to onboard a talented Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team of 10.

If you are a skilled Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience and based in the North East, keep reading as this could be the role for you!

The recruiting firm have a loyal client base and much of the work is repeat business or brought in through recommendations, highlighting the firm's excellent reputation in the region.

You will be brought in to take on a mixed residential conveyancing caseload away from the Head of Department who will then shift their focus to the commercial side of the business.

This role would be suitable for a Licenced Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or someone who is qualified by hands on experience within Conveyancing.

The firm offer great benefits including a 10% quarterly bonus paid on anything above target.

Free parking is also available on site for Chartered Legal Executives/Solicitor level.
