Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with expertise in audio-video systems to join our team.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of their desktops, laptops, and audio-video equipment.
Responsibilities:
, Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
, Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
, Diagnose and resolve audio-video system issues, including conference room setups, projectors, displays, and audio equipment.
, Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain audio-video solutions for meetings and presentations.
, Assist in the setup and support of video conferencing systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
, Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
, Document support activities, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
, Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of audio-video equipment.

Requirements:

, Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role, with exposure audio-video systems.
, In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11.
, Experience troubleshooting audio-video systems, including codecs, and conferencing platform ( Microsoft Teams).
, Strong understanding of network connectivity, protocols, and infrastructure.
, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
, Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
