Litigation Solicitor

Here is the chance to for a talented Litigation Solicitor to join a busy department at a well-known regional practice in its Leeds City Centre office.

You will be handling excellent quality work and autonomously managing a varied Civil and Commercial Litigation caseload which will include contract disputes, shareholder disputes, defamation, landlord & tenant disputes, sale of goods disputes and professional negligence.

Previous experience is necessary as you will be expected to hit the ground running with an existing caseload of matters.

Candidates who are between NQ and 2 years PQE are considered to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake this role however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
