Conveyancing Administrator

Vacancy: Conveyancing Administrator
Position: Full time
Location: Near St Helens
Salary:     Up to £25,000

My client is a multi-sector firm who are looking to hire a Conveyancing administrator to join their Residential Conveyancing team.

The role and duties include:

- Telephone enquires.
- Organising incoming post and filing
- Meeting clients and taking necessary paperwork
- Sending out conveyancing quotes
- Diary appointment setting for the team
- Updating quote log as required
- Reception cover when required
- Lisae with estate agents, clients, mortgage brokers

To be the successful candidate, it is important you must hold strong IT and typing skills.

It is also preferred that you have knowledge of Proclaim CRM, however training will be given. 

It would be beneficial if you have experience filling a conveyancing administrator or post completion role previously although not essential.
