Work as a trainee mechanical engineer for a company who will invest into your training and development so that you can become truly multi skilled! You'll Spend 6 months shadowing and training on the job to become a respected member of the team, and enjoy access to overtime so you can earn extra!

Established over 50 years ago, this specialist company is now looking for a trainee mechanical engineer to join them and become an expert in their industry.

You'll carry out servicing, maintenance and planned works for a diverse range of clients covering a midlands and wales patch.

Your role as trainee mechanical engineer:


*Shadowing a senior engineer for up to 6 months or longer, travelling across a large patch around the midlands, wales and on occasion travelling further afield.


*Carry out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs, fault finding and more across a list of commercial clients


*Attend training courses and be on call/complete overtime when required

As trainee mechanical engineer you will need:


*Apprenticeship level / engineering qualification at level 3


*Mechanical bias with good electrical skills and some experience in an engineering role


*Driving Licence


*Happy to travel for work
