National Account Manager (Grocery) – Premium Gin Brand – Nationwide – Up to £50k

My client is an established and highly recommended Premium Spirit brand taking over the industry.

This company was founded by a well-known personality and boasts a fantastic range of products, a truly incredible liquid and an exciting sustainability message.

The presence of this product covers On and Off trade, with emphasis on the luxury market.

They are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join the team and head up the Grocery and Retail arm of the business.

The Senior National Account Manager will be directly responsible for managing relationships, promoting the brand and ensuring growth of the OFF trade business.


The ideal Senior National Account Manager will come from a background in Grocery and Retail, be ambitious, driven and keen on progression!

Senior National Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling, promoting and delivering the company’s product portfolio and delivering its revenue targets  Managing relationship with Sainsburys, Waitrose and Premium Retail (Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Selfridges)  
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver on growth of the business
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador to and for clients and consumers
  • Planning, organising and facilitating client meetings
  • Driving sales and revenue

The Ideal Senior National Account Manager candidate:

  • Proven track record in Account Management across the Grocery and Retail sector.

  • Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed, target and financially driven
  • A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations.
  • A strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation.
  • Able to negotiate, delivery training and competently explain a alcoholic product range
