Responsibilities


Paragon Medics is seeking a full-time Compliance Consultant to work with hospitals and doctors to credential our doctors to comply to work in hospitals across Australia.

As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for the timely completion of the credentialing process, organising doctors travel and delivering outstanding customer service to both doctor and hospitals



Tasks



  • Ensure registered doctors are compliant with industry standards to work in a hospital setting

  • Consult with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for locum doctors and hospitals

  • Partner with hospital administration teams to understand credentialing requirements and timelines

  • Build strong relationships with doctors to ensure timely return of paperwork

  • Coordinate the completion and return of credentialing paperwork to hospitals in a timely manner

  • Organise travel and accommodation for locum doctors, balancing doctors' requests with hospital budget guidelines

  • Maintain high-quality compliance and document control systems

  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencies

  • Confidence/Excellent in Written and verbal communication and ability to adapt to suit
