Salary: £34,514 - £36,320

Teach Plus are currently working with a number of schools within the Hillingdon area who are seeking ECT Teachers to join their team.

There are multiple positions across EYFS- KS2 and Teach Plus wants to be able to make sure we find the right role for you!

As an ECT Teacher you will be expected to teach a class in Primary or SEN schools, adapt you learning material to ensure caters for every pupils individual needs.

Lesson Plans need to be completed on a weekly and monthly basis which keeps all pupils stimulated.

ECT teachers must be able to work as part of the team and delegate teaching assistants for pupils who need extra support.

Attending regular staff meetings, annual reviews and parents evening to help pupils achieve to their full potential.

All ECT teachers will be given the support they need to improve to become the teacher you want to be.

As a ECT Teacher you will be required to:

• Plan and teach exciting lessons for every pupil to achieve


• Monitor students progress through observations


• To be able to work well as part of a team and independently


• Provide additional learning support for pupils who need it


• Attending regular meetings to improve skills and knowledge


• Attended parents evening and annual reviews to communicate pupils progress

The ideal candidate for a ECT Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status - QTS


• Enhanced DBS on the update service - Child workforce


• Right to work within the UK


• Overseas criminal clearance
