Sacco Mann are recruiting for a leading law firm based in the East Midlands.

This forward-thinking firm have over 200 employees across various offices in the region, and they are recruiting additional Will Writers into their head office in Derby.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a busy Private Client department and supervise junior members of the team.

Joining the private client department, you will be providing advice to clients, drafting Wills, Letters of Wishes, Lasting Powers of Attorney and administering Estates after death.

You will assist with the supervision of the team where you will support the training of paralegals and legal assistants including overseeing team performance targets.

To be considered, you will have experienced in drafting Wills and LPA's, along with supervision of junior team members.

You will have a keen eye to identify any areas of client risk and have an empathetic approach.
