Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading, dynamic and innovative law firm in Leeds City Centre.

With various offices around the UK our client has a national and international presence and a fantastic reputation.

Joining the busy dispute resolution team our client is looking for a Commercial Litigation solicitor to manage their own day to day caseload covering a variety of commercial disputes predominantly for premier housebuilder clients.

There will also be the opportunity to act on other disputes for other commercial clients.

You will also assist more senior solicitors on larger and more complex claims.

You will be dealing with some fantastic quality litigation within an interesting and fast paced environment along with involvement in business development initiatives for the team and the firm.

Our client is looking for someone with experience in commercial litigation and having property related and/or construction dispute experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

You should have excellent client care skills and a commercial approach to your work.

You should have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised with a drive and passion for your work and the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment.

The work that you will be dealing with is extremely broad ranging and ideally our client is looking for someone who is 1-4 years PQE, however candidates outside of this bracket will be considered and are still encouraged to apply.
