Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and comprehend their business needs.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Customise and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Perform system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise throughout and after the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to offer clients the most up-to-date solutions.


  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
