Commercial Property Solicitor

Dynamic and established law firm looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Worcestershire office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting opportunity to take over a varied caseload with the potential for Partnership in the future.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, your caseload may include:

• Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing


• Landlord and tenant matters


• Development acquisition and plot sales


• Option and overage agreements


• Promotion agreements

As well as this, you will also have the opportunity to gain excellent exposure to Residential Conveyancing matters.

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 1+ years PQE within Commercial or Agricultural Property, is able to work well under pressure, has excellent attention to detail and is very self-motivated.
