Commercial Manager

A Commercial Manager is required in a well established Glazing company based in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial aspects of facade subcontract packages on multiple projects valued from £6m to £25m.


• Collaborate closely with Project Leads to ensure contractual compliance and project delivery.


• Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve cost-effective solutions.


• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow projections to maintain financial control.


• Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry, specifically with facade subcontract packages.


• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and contractual requirements.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.


• Relevant qualifications and certifications preferred.

Other details and package:

• Start Date: Immediate


• Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM


• Salary & Benefits: Comprehensive compensation & benefits package to be discussed based on qualifications and experience.


• Hybrid Work: With 3 days a week in the Dublin offices
