Health and Social Care Solicitor

Commercial, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Health and Social Care Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is home to a specialist team.

This legal practice is known for their excellent client care and flexibility with hybrid working options.

Within this Health and Social Care Solicitor position, you will be running your own files for public and private clients and take part in other key duties such as:

• Drafting reports to clients, articles and witness statements


• Interviewing witnesses


• Instructing experts and Counsel


• Attending Court


• Negotiating settlements


• Holding conferences with Counsel


• Preparing and attending trials and mediations


• Supervising and overseeing more junior members of the team

The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years PQE in within Health and Social Care law, are confident in their own ability and has fantastic client care and analytical skills.
