Health and Care Regulatory Solicitor

Commercial, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Health and Care Regulatory Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is home to a specialist Regulatory team.

This legal practice is known for their excellent client care and flexibility with hybrid working options.

Within this Health and Care Regulatory Solicitor role, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing advice to health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and independent sector


• Running both contentious and non-contentious files


• Running your own caseload of complex litigation, Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, education, children's law and challenges to the decision-making in health and social care


• Conducting your own advocacy


• Attending Court and Tribunals


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Health and Care law, is able to work well under pressure, has excellent attention to detail and is very self-motivated.
