Optical Customer Service Assistant - Role

• Based in the Head Office Customer Care team acting as point of contact for a variety of stakeholders


• Operating through a variety of communication channels to ensure a smooth and accurate process for customers


• Working within a fashion forward brand that offer an eclectic mix of amazing frames and Zeiss lenses


• Supported by a highly-skilled team


• Monday to Friday / 9am - 6pm

Optical Customer Service Assistant - Requirements

• Positive track record within the optical industry


• Excellent communication skills: clear verbal and written communication with active listening skills


• Able to work within systems and processes


• Ability to learn and want to develop

• Paying up to £27,000
