What you'll need:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great experience.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to up-sell products.


• Ideally, a background in vehicle parts sales (commercial vehicle, truck, trailer, LCV, HGV, PSV, off-highway, or car parts).


• Experience with electronic parts catalogue software and/or parts look-up software is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

• As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will handle a variety of enquiries, build lasting relationships, process orders, and manage the trade counter.


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and margin targets.


• Ensure accurate stock control.


• Advise customers on the correct parts and products for the best value.


• Up-sell related products from approved suppliers.


• Dispatch the latest marketing materials to existing and potential customers.
